Last week Business Insider posted an article that's worth reading. The article focuses on new research that examines a possible link between exercise and creativity. You can check out the article here. One key quote: "Exercise seems to help people come up with new ideas, which many researchers use as a proxy for thinking creatively." Anyone who has exercised for an extended period of time knows how addictive it can be since it makes you feel so good. Now you have one more reason to get out there and run. It'll help you finish your novel!
