Day 49: A Little More Progress

6 miles, 44:02 - 7:20 pace (7:57, 7:24, 7:16, 7;08, 7:11, 7:07)

Felt a little better than yesterday. I can now tell the pain is isolated on the left side of my lower back and glute. It's uncomfortable, but I can run through it. My pace was faster than yesterday and I dealt with less pain, so heading in the right direction. I just need to keep giving the sore parts attention until they get completely better.

Week 7 Totals: 35 miles in 5 day of running (7 miles per day)

Another setback in mileage due to pack/hip/glute pain.
