In the first 4 months of 2015, I've run a grand total of 84.5 miles, so now it's May 1 and it's time for the marathon restoration plan. The goal is to run a marathon in under 3 hours in about 4 months. Please follow along with me on my journey.
This is a picture of my buddy Oscar Martin and I at
the 1993 Palos Verdes Marathon. I was 15 years old
(and only 3 months removed from my debut marathon
debacle in LA) and ran 4:07. I think Oscar (17 years
old at the time) finished around 3:20 on the hilly course.
